Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026. SpinThePeach is operated by Eternal AS, a company registered in Norway ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses spinthepeach.com ("the service"). Norwegian law applies, together with the consumer protections of your own country where they are mandatory.

1. What the service is

SpinThePeach lets a creator set up a prize wheel for their fans. The creator names the prizes, sets the odds, and hands out spin tokens. A fan uses a token to spin the wheel; the result is drawn on our server; prizes won are recorded for both the fan and the creator. The creator delivers prizes outside the service. We are a tool and a record keeper, not a party to what is promised or delivered.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a confirmed email address to join or run a wheel. You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. A wheel marked 18+ is for adults only: by confirming your age you declare that you are 18 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

3. Tokens and prizes

• Spin tokens are issued by creators to their fans. Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be bought from us, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be withdrawn by the creator.
• Fans never pay SpinThePeach anything. We do not sell tokens, chances or prizes.
• Prizes are chosen, described and delivered by the creator. A prize may never be cash or a cash equivalent (money, gift cards, vouchers with monetary value, cryptocurrency, refunds, or anything that can be exchanged for money).
• A prize won is a promise from the creator to the fan. We record it; we do not guarantee, deliver or refund it. If a creator fails to deliver, that is between the fan and the creator, and we may close the creator's account.
• The draw uses cryptographic randomness and the odds set by the creator. Slices are drawn the same size whatever their odds. Odds are set by the creator.

4. Creators

You are responsible for how you hand out tokens and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including rules on promotions, prize draws and lotteries in your country. Hand out tokens as rewards and gifts. Do not sell chances to spin, and do not describe a wheel as a lottery, a raffle, a bet or a game of chance for money. You are responsible for the content you put on a wheel and for delivering what you promise. Wheels that are not marked 18+ pass through a word filter; you must mark a wheel 18+ if its content is meant for adults. We do not host images or video. You must not use the service for anything illegal, for content involving minors, for harassment, or to collect personal data from fans beyond their username on your platform.

5. Subscriptions

Running wheels requires a creator plan. New creators get a free trial without a card. After that the plan is paid monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, with Link (a Stripe service) as the seller of record; their terms govern the payment, the receipt and refunds, including any right of withdrawal the law gives you. Prices are shown including tax where it applies. The plan renews automatically until you cancel it from your billing page; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. When a plan ends, wheels stay visible and fans keep the tokens they have; handing out new tokens, allowances and new wheels require an active plan. If we ever stop the service, running subscriptions are refunded for the unused time.

6. Our rights

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or is used for anything illegal. We may change the service and these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect. The service is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for prizes a creator does not deliver, or for a wheel's unavailability.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account from the Account page. That removes your account, your memberships and prizes, and any wheels you own with their records, and cancels a running subscription. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
