I didn't get the confirmation email

Check spam, then press "Send it again" in the app. If your address was mistyped, delete the account under Account and sign up again.

I have no spins

Spins come from the creator of the wheel, never from us. Ask them. Your balance and every change to it are listed under Tokens on the wheel page.

I won a prize, where is it?

The creator delivers prizes on their own platform. Your prize list shows whether the creator has marked it delivered. If it's been a while, contact the creator.

I run a wheel and can't give spins

Handing out spins needs an active plan: a running trial or a subscription. Check your creator page.

Billing

Change your card or cancel from the billing page on your creator page. Receipts come from Link, Stripe's service, which is the seller of record.

Deleting my account

Under Account in the app. It removes everything at once and cancels a running subscription.

Reporting a wheel

If a wheel breaks our terms, email us the wheel's name and what you saw.
